About Me
From a young age Dr. Arey was destined for success. She was accepted into college at the age of 16 on a full academic scholarship to the University of Southern California, double majoring in biology and psychology, and studied philosophy at Cambridge University in England. At the age of 19, she was the youngest person ever accepted into medical school at the University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine, from which she graduated in 1999.
Dr. Arey earned an MBA from the University of California Irvine Health Care Executive MBA Program, graduated in the top 5% of her class, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. With her knowledge of organizational dynamics and strategic management, Dr. Arey has a unique ability to help individuals overlay personal and professional goals in psychotherapy and executive coaching sessions.
Our founder has published numerous articles, a book chapter, and given several presentations at the American Psychiatric Association annual meetings, as well as the UCLA Annual Review. She has also been interviewed by E! News as well as Lifescript.
